I'm a pre-order customer and I have a new credit card. How should I update my details?

We don’t store your credit card details. They are saved with our secure pre-order payment processor Paywhirl. If you need to change your card details just drop us an email to info@feeldoppel.com and we’ll send you a link to update your details.

I have moved house since I pre-ordered. How should I update my details?

Drop us an email to info@feeldoppel.com and let us know.

When will my pre-order arrive?

We expect to ship in March 2018. Although please be aware that transit times can vary based on your shipping location.

Am I able to cancel my pre-order?

If you change your mind before we ship it is possible to cancel your order. Simply email us at info@feeldoppel.com
