In this version we have:
- Updated doppel’s firmware to improve the way your phone connects with doppel via Bluetooth.
- Changed the way account details and rhythms are stored so you can more easily use your doppel with different devices. This will also make your data more secure, and solve the ‘Cloud sync’ error some of you have seen.
- Updated the app so that it works better across a wider range of tablets.
When you download it, after pairing with doppel you will be prompted to update doppel’s firmware. If you have any problems with this, have a look at the Troubleshooting section here.
If you’re one of the people who has experienced problems pairing or staying connected via Bluetooth then we do recommend following steps 4-7 of under the Troubleshooting heading here before pairing and updating the firmware. If you are still experiencing problems after doing this then please let us know - and make sure to include your phone make and model, and the operating system it’s running so we can help.
